1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).

• Once your order is placed, our team may contact you via Call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details and shipping address before dispatching.

2.  Delivery Time

• We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners (such as TCS, Leopards, Post ex).
• Standard Delivery Time:

3. Parcel Inspection Policy

• As per standard courier company regulations in Pakistan, riders are not authorized to allow opening the parcel before payment is made.

• Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

• You can track the real-time status of your parcel on the courier partner's tracking portal.
